    Go to the Maple Leaf Foods Career Centre log-in page. At the bottom, there is a section to complete if you have forgotten your account number. Maple Leaf Foods will resend your account number via e-mail.

    The specific responsibilities of an Management Trainee will differ between work placements. All roles have a high level of responsibility and expectations.

  • Do Leadership Trainees have input into what their rotations will be while in the Leadership Trainee program?

    Placements are determined mutually with assistance from the Management Trainee's mentor, Human Resources, and the Program Manager. The first rotation is typically assigned. For the second and third placements, the Management Trainee leads the process to determine the placement.

  • What are the components of the compensation package?

    Compensation is a mixture of base salary, pension, health benefits, vacation and holidays. Performance bonuses and stock options may also be available to more senior positions.

    Management Trainees have a strong network of resources to support development and career growth. This includes a senior mentor, a fellow Management Trainee 'buddy', the work team and manager within each rotation as well as the Management Trainee Program manager and Human Resources.
