- 1cup Maple Leaf® Ready Crisp® Fully Cooked Natural Bacon Pieces
- 3cups shredded coconut
- 1cup condensed milk
- ¼cup milk
- ¼cup all-purpose flour
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the milk, shredded coconut, and condensed milk.
- Gently stir in the flour until completely incorporated.
- Add 1 cup of Maple Leaf® Ready Crisp® Fully Cooked Natural Bacon Pieces and mix until evenly combined.
- Scoop 1 tablespoon of the mixture on a baking sheet, placing each spoonful 1 inch apart.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Cool before serving.
