  • 15250-gram package Maple Leaf Prepped and Ready BBQ Shredded Chicken
  • 10cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • cup Caesar salad dressing, prepared
  • 8cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
  • ½ tbsp dry BBQ seasoning
  • ½cup crunch tortilla strips, prepared
  • Lemon – garnish
  1. Place lettuce in a large bowl and and toss with dressing, tomatoes, and parmesan.
  2. Arrange salad onto a large serving platter and top with shredded chicken.
  3. Toss tortilla strips with BBQ seasoning and sprinkle over top. Serve with wedges of lemon if desired.

  • 5Maple Leaf Cheddar Smoked Sausages, cut into 8 rounds
  • 812 inch skewers, soaked
  • 3 to 4medium sized zucchini, cut into 32 pieces
  • 1medium red or white onion, cut into 32 slices – double stacked if preferred
  • 2 to 3medium multi colored peppers, large dice
  • Butter
  • BBQ sauce
  1. Preheat grill to medium high heat.
  2. Assemble by piercing a slice of sausage on to skewer leaving about a 1 “inch space from the base. Continue by adding a slice of pepper followed by onion and zucchini. Repeat sequence 3 more times onto skewer. Continue with each skewer to make 8.
  3. Grill skewers turning frequently for about 8 minutes or until sausage is an internal temperature of 165 degrees and vegetables are cooked to al dente.
  4. Serve immediately with buttered baked potato and BBQ for dipping if desired.

Bacon Pizza Grilled Cheese

  • 8slices Maple Leaf Ready Crisp Bacon
  • 1cup pizza mozzarella, shredded
  • 2tbsp pizza sauce or marinara sauce + extra
  • 4thick cut slices bread
  • 2tbsp garlic butter, divided
  • 1tbsp basil, finely chopped
  • Cooking spray
  1.  Lay bacon onto a paper towel lined microwavable plate and heat per package directions. Remove and set aside.
  2. Place bread down onto a clean surface and spread 1 tbsp each marinara sauce onto base of bread. Divide and sprinkle half the cheese over top. Lay 4 slices bacon onto each slice of bread and sprinkle remaining cheese over top followed by basil. Top with remaining bread.
  3. Divide garlic butter and spread onto the outside of the bread of each sandwich.
  4. Spray a large non stick skillet with cooking oil over medium high heat. Place sandwiches in skillet and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes per side flipping carefully with a spatula. Bread should be golden brown and cheese should be melted.
  5. Remove from heat and slice in half. Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping on the side. Serve immediately.

  • 2Maple Leaf Prime RWA Chicken Breast, cooked, cooled and shredded with a fork or thinly sliced
  • 18slices of Maple Leaf Natural Selections Oven Roasted Turkey
  • 18slices mild or hot genoa salami
  • 12slices provolone cheese
  • 18slices tomato
  • 1 ½cup head lettuce, shredded
  • 1cup spring mix lettuce
  • 1 tbsp Maple Leaf EZEE sub sauce, prepared
  • ¾cup mayonnaise
  • 1 ½tbsp parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • ¼tsp pepper
  • 1tsp lemon juice
  • 6large long wide hoagie or French crusty rolls, split
  1. Mix mayonnaise, parmesan, pepper and lemon juice in a small bowl and set aside.
  2. Place head lettuce and mixed greens in a large bowl and toss with sub sauce.
  3. Assemble sandwiches by placing base of bun onto a clean work surface. Spread a generous amount of parmesan mayo onto bread followed by two slices of cheese. Layer turkey followed by salami, chicken, sliced tomato and lettuce. Top with bun and repeat with remaining ingredients.
  4. Serve with lightly salted kettle chips or pretzels.

Make this your own! Try using MLNS black forest ham in place of turkey and cheddar in place of provolone. If you have any leftover parmesan mayo, keep in an airtight container for up to 3 days – great as a chip or vegetable dip.

  1.  Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Unroll crescent dough onto a cutting board. Carefully tear at perforated cut into 4 large squares of dough. Using your fingers cinch the perforation cutting diagonal with each square of dough. Cut each square lengthwise. You should have 8 strips of seamless dough. 
  3. Twist each piece of dough around each hot dog.
  4. Place seasoning on to a large plate. Roll each hot dog into the seasoning pressing down gently so it adheres to the dough. Place each coated hot dog onto prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake in oven for 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown and hot dog cooked through to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
  6. Serve immediately with a side of mustard or ketchup to dip.

  1. Mix cabbage, carrot, and onion in a large bowl with mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside and refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. Set air fryer to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, toss sweet potatoes with oil and season with salt and pepper. Working in batches fry sweet potatoes for about 15 minutes turning once. Keep warm until ready to serve.

  • 1375gr package Maple Leaf Bacon, cooked until crisp and diced
  • 8eggs, whisked
  • 1small red pepper, diced
  • 1small onion, diced
  • 1 ½cup frozen hash brown potatoes, small dice
  • 1tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2tbsp butter, divided
  • 1cup marble cheese, shredded
  • 4large soft tortillas
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • salsa, ketchup, hot sauce – optional
  1.  Heat oil and 1 tbsp of butter in a large non stick skillet over medium high heat. Add potatoes and cook stirring frequently for about 3 to 4 minutes. Add peppers and onions and cook for 2 to 3 minutes longer and season with salt and pepper. Turn heat down to low to keep warm.
  2. Heat oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Melt butter in a separate non stick skillet over medium heat. Pour in eggs and gently scramble until cooked through. About 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
  4. Lay tortillas flat on a clean surface. Divide scrambled eggs over top each followed by vegetables, bacon and cheese.
  5. Fold ends inward and tightly roll into a burrito. Place seam side down on prepared baking sheet.
  6. Spray the tops of the burritos lightly with cooking spray. Bake for about 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown and heated through. Broil on high for last minute of cooking if you like a crunchy burrito. Serve immediately with ketchup, salsa or your favorite hot sauce.

  • 1pkg Maple Leaf® Natural Shredded Chicken (250g)
  • 1tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1can diced tomatoes, loosely drained reserving a little liquid (284ml)
  • 3tbsp canned chopped green chili
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1bag tex mex shredded cheese blend (320g)
  • 610 inch tortillas
  1. Heat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken and stir for about 1 to 2 minutes until starting to brown. Add seasoning and mix well to combine and cook for an additional minute.
  3. Pour in tomatoes and chopped green chili. Allow to simmer for about 5 minutes stirring occasionally. You should have very little or no liquid left in your skillet. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
  4. Assemble chimichangas by laying tortillas flat onto a clean surface. Divide cheese onto tortillas followed by chicken mixture. Roll in the sides of the tortillas and tightly roll up.
  5. Working in batches of 2 at a time place chimichangas seam side down in the basket of the air fryer. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes. The outside should be golden and crisp, and the filling should be warm. Enjoy immediately.
