  • 15250-gram package Maple Leaf Prepped and Ready BBQ Shredded Chicken
  • 10cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • cup Caesar salad dressing, prepared
  • 8cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
  • ½ tbsp dry BBQ seasoning
  • ½cup crunch tortilla strips, prepared
  • Lemon – garnish
  1. Place lettuce in a large bowl and and toss with dressing, tomatoes, and parmesan.
  2. Arrange salad onto a large serving platter and top with shredded chicken.
  3. Toss tortilla strips with BBQ seasoning and sprinkle over top. Serve with wedges of lemon if desired.

  • 2cups Maple Leaf® Original Natural Smoked Ham, diced
  • 1pkg prepared ready to eat Gnocchi (700g)
  • 1tbsp butter
  • 2cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • cup cream
  • 1cup chicken broth + extra
  • 1 ½tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2heaping tbsp sun dried tomatoes, sliced
  • 1tbsp fresh parsley, minced
  • 1cup Italian cheese blend, shredded
  • salt
  • pepper
  1. Heat butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Pan fry gnocchi per package directions.
  2. Add ham and broccoli. Cook for another 3 to 4 minutes until ham has started to brown. Add garlic and stir 1 minute longer.
  3. Pour in cream and stir to combine. Add sun dried tomatoes and parmesan cheese. Stirring constantly add in chicken broth.
  4. Allow to simmer for about 5 minutes. Sauce should thicken slightly. If you like a saucier dish thin out by adding a little more broth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Sprinkle cheese and parsley over top. Keep skillet on low heat for about 5 minutes until cheese has melted. Serve immediately.

  • 1600g pkg Maple Leaf® Original Smoked Ham, diced
  • 1 ½cup frozen pea and carrot blend, thawed
  • 1284ml can cream of chicken soup
  • 567gprepared mashed potatoes
  • 1small onion, diced
  • 1120g pkg stuffing mix prepared per package directions
  • ¼tsp thyme, dried
  • tsp sage, dried
  • Butter
  1. Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. Generously butter an 8” casserole dish.
  3. In a large bowl mix ham with vegetables and soup. Spoon into base of casserole dish. Spoon mashed potatoes evenly over top follow by stuffing.
  4. Loosely tent with tin foil and bake in middle rack of oven for 30 minutes. Remove foil and set oven to broil for about 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown.

  • 165g pkg Maple Leaf® Ready Crisp® bacon, chopped and divided
  • 1750g bag frozen diced potato
  • 1 ½cup sharp old cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½small onion, minced
  • 1284 ml can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 ½cup sour cream
  • 1 ½tsp salt
  • 1tsp pepper
  • ¾cup melted butter, divided
  • 2cups corn flakes, crushed
  1. Heat oven to 350°F
  2. In a large bowl mix together potatoes, cheese, onion, soup, sour cream, salt, pepper, half the bacon and half the melted butter. Mix well to combine.
  3. Lightly spray an 8 x 11” baking dish with cooking oil.
  4. Spoon mixture into dish.
  5. Cover tightly with tin foil and bake for 60 mins.
  6. In a small bowl combine cornflakes and remaining butter. Toss well to coat.
  7. Remove foil from baking dish. Sprinkle casserole with cornflake mixture and top with remaining chopped bacon.
  8. Set oven to broil. Broil for 5 mins until top is browned and crispy.
  9. Garnish with chopped chives.

  • 4cups rice, cooked
  • 2cups frozen broccoli florets
  • 1284 ml can cream of chicken soup
  • cup sour cream
  • 1tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 ½cup shredded old cheddar cheese
  • 4tbsp butter
  • 1 ½cup panko 
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl mix ham, rice, broccoli, soup, mustard, sour cream, and cheddar. Stir well to combine.
  3. Spoon into a 9-inch casserole dish. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile melt butter in a small microwaveable bowl. Stir in panko crumbs and toss to coat well.
  5. Sprinkle over top casserole and broil for the last 2 minutes of cooking time. Serve immediately.

  • 1300 gram package chopped frozen spinach, boiled and drained of all water
  • 140 gram package dry vegetable soup mix
  • 2cloves garlic, minced
  • ¾cup mayonnaise
  • 1cup sour cream
  • 1425 gram dark pumpernickel round loaf or sourdough round loaf
  • Paprika
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Cook bacon stirring frequently until crisp. Remove onto a paper towel lined plate.
  3. In a large bowl combine spinach, soup mix, garlic, mayonnaise, sour cream and half the cooked bacon. Stir well.
  4. Using a sharp serrated knife carefully carve around the top of the loaf. Pull top off and hollow out the bread.
  5. Spoon dip into bread bowl. Sprinkle remaining half of bacon over top of the dip and dust with paprika.

  • 12Jumbo shrimp, pat dry
  • 325gfresh center cut salmon, skin removed and cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 2tbsp Old Bay Seasoning + extra if desired
  • Dip:

  • ¾cup mayonnaise
  • 1clove garlic. minced
  • ¾tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ½tsp pepper
  • 1heaping tbsp (45 mL) Parmesan cheese
  1. Preheat grill to medium high heat.
  2. Sprinkle shrimp and salmon with seasoning.
  3. On a clean surface place a half slice of bacon down and place shrimp at the base of bacon.
  4. Roll up tightly and place seam down onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Continue with salmon.
  5. Sprinkle the bacon-wrapped seafood with extra seasoning if desired.
  6. Heat a large non-stick skillet to medium-high heat. Working in batches and turning frequently and placing seam side down cook bacon wrapped seafood until golden brown and an internal temperature of 165 degrees is reached.
  7. Remove onto a paper towel lined plate. Keep warm.
  8. In a small bowl mix together all the ingredients for the dip.

  • 1package, Maple Leaf® Natural Bacon, diced
  • 2tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 2tbsp Old Bay Seasoning + extra if desired
  • 500gRotini, cooked, drained and cooled
  • 1pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½green onion sliced
  • 1cup ranch dressing, prepared
  • 1cup mayonaise
  • 1tbsp lemon juice
  • ¾cup mayonnaise
  • 1clove garlic. minced
  • ¾cup shredded cheddar cheese – optional
  1. In a large bowl toss chicken with 1 tbsp oil and seasoning to coat well.
  2. Heat remaining oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
  3. Cook chicken turning frequently until golden brown about 8 to 10 minutes or until and internal temperature of 165 degrees is reached. Remove and allow to cool completely.
  4. Chop chicken into bite sized chunks. In the same skillet add bacon and cook until crisp. Remove onto a paper towel lined plate. Set aside.
  5. In a large bowl combine pasta, chicken, half the bacon, tomatoes, green onions, dressing, mayonnaise, lemon juice and cheese if using. Stir well to coat.
  6. Add more mayonnaise if you like a creamier salad. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with remaining bacon.

  • 1375g pkg Maple Leaf® Less Salt Natural Bacon, cooked and set aside
  • 1tbsp butter, softened
  • Olive oil or vegetable oil cooking spray
  • 8slices good quality whole wheat and grain bread
  • 4slices marble cheese
  • 4slices mild provolone cheese
  • 4slices Havarti cheese
  • Your favourite ketchup or BBQ sauce
  1. On a clean surface lay slices of bread flat. Arrange marble cheese onto base of bread.
  2. Place two slices of bacon over each followed by provolone, and Havarti. Top with remaining slices of bread.
  3. Lightly spray the tops of the sandwiches with cooking oil.
  4. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium high heat.
  5. Working in batches, cook sandwiches 3 to 4 minutes per side or until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.
  6. To get an even melt, reduce heat slightly and cover skillet with a second skillet for a minute or two.
  7. Remove sandwiches onto a cutting board and slice in half.
