  • 8Maple Leaf Prime® Dino Nuggets
  • 4Belgian waffles
  • ½cup maple syrup
  • 8toothpicks
  1. Preheat oven to 425 F
  2. Place Dino Nuggets on a baking sheet and bake per package instructions.
  3. While the nuggets are cooking cook the waffles per pack instructions.
  4. Place the maple syrup in the microwave and reheat for 10 to 15 seconds.
  5. Cut each waffle into 4 squares.
  6. Place each Dino Nuggets on a piece of waffle. Add another piece of waffle on top and skewer with a toothpick to hold everything together.
  7. Drizzle warm maple syrup over the waffles just before serving.

  • ½cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • ½cup brown sugar
  • ¼cup white sugar
  • 1tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 egg
  • ½teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1cup All Purpose Flour
  • ½teaspoon baking soda
  • ½teaspoon salt
  • ½cup white chocolate chips
  • ½cup macadamia nuts, roughly chopped
  • 4slices Maple Leaf® Lazy Maple natural bacon, diced, cooked until golden and drained
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Line 2 baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl mix together flour, baking soda and salt, reserve.
  4. Using an electric mixer with the paddle attachment, cream the butter and both sugars together until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
  5. Mix in the egg on low speed until incorporated.
  6. Scrap down the sides of the mixing bowl.
  7. Add the maple syrup and vanilla and mix to combine.
  8. On low speed add the dry ingredients and mix until everything is incorporated.
  9. Finally, add the bacon, chocolate chips and nuts and mix until everything is evenly distributed in the dough.
  10. Using a Tablespoon, scoop a heaping spoonful of dough onto a baking sheet and repeat until batter is gone.
  11. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes on the centre rack of the oven until the edges of the cookies are golden brown.
  12. Let cool for 10 minutes before eating.

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Working on a clean surface unroll dough and cut at each perforated slice. You should have 6 slices. Cut each slice in half to make 12.
  3. Cut the ends of each hot dog into quarter strips leaving about and inch in the middle.
  4. Wrap dough onto center of each hot dog and using your fingers slightly cinch in the dough towards the middle.
  5. Discard remaining dough or use to roll into small dough balls to make eyes to place onto each “spider dog”.
  6. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until dough is cooked through and golden brown and hot dog “legs” have started to curl slightly.
  7. Make spider faces on dough using a combination of ketchup, mustard or BBQ sauce.

  • 3tbsp olive oil

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over low to medium heat.
  2. Season eggs with salt and pepper and pour into skillet. Using a rubber spatula continually push eggs from the edge of skillet to the center until desired doneness.
  3. Assemble sandwiches by placing a slice of cheese onto base of English muffin.
  4. Divide eggs into 4 servings and place over top of cheese followed by 4 slices of salami and top of English muffin.

  • 4thick cut slices round sour dough bread
  • 2125 gram balls fresh mozzarella, sliced into 12 rounds
  • 8tbsp olive oil
  • 1tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 4tbsp pizza sauce, warm
  • 2tbsp parmesan, grated
  • 6slices large tomato
  • Basil – garnish
  1. Preheat oven to low broil setting. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Drizzle olive oil onto each side of bread. Place toast onto baking sheet and broil toast for about 1 minute per side or until just golden. Remove from oven.
  3. Assemble toast by layering cheese, followed by tomato sauce, tomato slices and pepperoni. Sprinkle seasoning and parmesan cheese over top.
  4. Broil for about 3 to 4 minutes until cheese has melted and pepperoni has started to crisp.
  5. Drizzle with a little extra olive oil and garnish with basil if desired.

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Carefully unroll dough and separate the perforations. Create a ring slightly over lapping at the long ends of the dough towards the center and the points of dough outwards.
  3. Place half of the cheese slices around the center of the dough. Fold turkey and place over top of cheese followed by ham and remaining cheese.
  4. Fold pointed end over the meat and cheese toward the center of the ring and fold tip under base of dough and crimp with your fingers.
  5. Brush the top of the dough with butter and sprinkle with seasoning.
  6. Bake on center rack of oven for about 11 to 14 minutes. Pastry should be golden brown, and cheese should be gooey and melted. Allow to cool slightly and cut into desired number of slices.

  1. Prepare chicken strips per package directions. Allow to cool fully and roughly chop. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over high heat. Add pepper and onions. Allow vegetables to sear and blacken while stirring occasionally, about 1 minute. Reduce heat to medium and add seasoning. Continue to cook for about 2 to 3 minutes until vegetables are softened. Allow vegetables to cool completely.
  3. Combine salsa and sour cream in a small bowl.
  4. Assemble wraps by laying tortillas flat on a clean surface. In a large bowl toss lettuce with salsa mixture. Divide lettuce between tortillas followed by chicken, vegetables and cheese. Roll tortillas up tightly.
  5. Place in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to eat.

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 9×13 inch baking dish lightly with oil.
  2. In a large nonstick skillet cook bacon over medium high heat until just starting to crisp. Remove bacon from pan with a slotted spoon onto a paper towel lined plate. Set aside.
  3. Gently separate flaky roll dough and slice each round into quarters. Place dough evenly onto the base of baking dish.
  4. In a large bowl combine chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce and ranch dressing and mix thoroughly. Spoon mixture evenly over dough being sure to cover the whole surface.
  5. Bake on middle rack of oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese over top followed by bacon. Bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes until cheese has melted and the top is golden.
  6. Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
