  • 1700g pkg Maple Leaf Prime® RWA Dino Chicken Nuggets
  • 3Cups Day Old Rice, Cooked
  • 1Cup Broccoli florets
  • 4Medium eggs
  • 1Tbsp. sugar
  • 4Tsp. soy sauce
  • 1Tbsp Ginger, finely chopped
  • 2Cloves garlic, finely Chopped
  • 1Tsp Salt
  • 4Tbsp. vegetable oil
  1. Preheat oven at 400 F
  2. Place the Dino nuggets on a baking sheet lined with parchment and bake as per instructions on the packaging.
  3. Meanwhile, heat 2 Tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet or Wok.
  4. Add broccoli and season with salt and toss to coat in oil. Cook until well charred and transfer the broccoli to a bowl and set aside.
  5. Heat remaining 2 Tbsp vegetable oil in skillet over medium-low. Add chopped ginger and garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Add eggs and cook, stirring constantly with a rubber spatula, about 30 seconds.
  7. Add rice to eggs and mix well to combine and add soy sauce and toss well to combine.
  8. Return cooked broccoli to skillet and toss well to combine. Remove from heat.
  9. Arrange the rice on a plate forming a mountain with Broccoli as trees and Dino nuggets as climbing dinosaurs.
  10. Serve immediately.

  • 2packages of Maple Leaf® Rotisserie Chicken Legs
  • 3cups butternut squash, peeled and diced into ¼ inch pieces
  • ½cup Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and diced into ¼ inch pieces
  • ½cup celery, diced
  • ½cup white onion, diced
  • ½cup heavy cream
  • 4cups chicken stock
  • 2tbsp butter
  • Green onion, for garnish
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat and cook the vegetables until lightly browned.
  3. Pour in the stock to cover the vegetables and let cook. Bring to boil and reduce the heat and simmer for 25 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare Maple Leaf® Rotisserie Chicken Legs per package instructions.
  5. Transfer the vegetables to a blender and process until smooth.
  6. Return the soup to the pot and add heavy cream to reach the desired consistency.
  7. Ladle soup into serving bowls and garnish with green onion. Serve with Maple Leaf® Rotisserie Chicken Legs.

Inverted Bacon Chicken Strips

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Keep the frozen chicken strips at room temperature for 5 min. Cut open each chicken strip and stuff with cheese.
  3. Wrap each chicken strip with 2 slices of bacon. Place the chicken strips, seam side down, on baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until bacon is crisp and chicken strips have cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.

  • 4Belgian waffles
  • ½cup maple syrup
  • 8toothpicks
  1. Preheat oven to 425 F
  2. Place Dino Nuggets on a baking sheet and bake per package instructions.
  3. While the nuggets are cooking cook the waffles per pack instructions.
  4. Place the maple syrup in the microwave and reheat for 10 to 15 seconds.
  5. Cut each waffle into 4 squares.
  6. Place each Dino Nuggets on a piece of waffle. Add another piece of waffle on top and skewer with a toothpick to hold everything together.
  7. Drizzle warm maple syrup over the waffles just before serving.

  • 1560gr Maple Leaf Prime Popcorn Chicken
  • 1500gr pkg Pappardelle noodles or other long wide pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1tbsp olive oil
  • 1420ml jar Alfredo sauce, prepared
  • 1350ml jar tomato sauce, prepared and warmed through
  • 1cup red and green peppers, thinly sliced
  • cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • ½cup pasta water, reserved from cooking pasta
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Basil – garnish
  • Cherry tomato – chopped, garnish
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees and prepare chicken per package directions
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pot. Add peppers and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes until just softened.
  3. Add alfredo sauce and reserved pasta water and combine well.
  4. Add cooked pasta and parmesan to sauce and toss well to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Toss popcorn chicken in warm tomato sauce. Divide pasta onto plates and spoon chicken over top.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil and chopped cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle with extra parmesan cheese if desired.

  • 2tbsp honey
  • 4tbsp butter
  • 3tsp mild Cajun seasoning
  • 2cups lettuce, shredded
  • 4slices tomato
  • 8slices dill pickle 
  • 4small sesame seed buns, split and toasted
  • Cayenne – optional
  1.  Melt butter in a small bowl for about 1 minutes. Add honey and Cajun seasoning and stir well to combine. Keep warm. 
  2. Assemble sandwiches by laying bottom buns on a clean surface. Divide lettuce over top and place 1 to 2 chicken strips over top. 
  3. Drizzle warm Cajun sauce over top of chicken strips followed by tomatoes and pickle. Top with remaining bun. Serve immediately.

  • 2loaves prepared garlic bread, split but not sliced all the way through and toasted (325g)
  • cups shredded head lettuce
  • 2 small tomatoes, sliced
  • Remoulade sauce:
  • ¾cup mayonnaise
  • 1tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1tsp paprika
  • tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1tsp mild horseradish
  • 1clove garlic, minced
  • dash Worcestershire sauce
  • dash hot sauce
  1. Cook chicken per package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, mix all the ingredients for the remoulade sauce together in a small bowl. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Assemble sandwiches by spreading a generous amount of remoulade onto each of the toasted garlic breads. Divide and layer tomatoes onto bread followed by lettuce and popcorn chicken.
  4. Slice sandwiches into halves or thirds. Enjoy immediately.
