  • 1375g package of Maple Leaf® Original Natural Bacon
  • 250gmacaroni pasta
  • 3cups cauliflower florets
  • 2tbsp butter
  • 2tbsp all-purpose flour
  • ½cup scallion, chopped
  • 1cup milk
  • 1cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 3tbsp water
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  1. Heat a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Cook bacon until just crisp, about 5 to 6 minutes.
  3. Using a slotted spoon remove onto a paper towel lined plate and keep warm. Once cooled down dice them into small pieces.
  4. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook for 10 minutes. adding the cauliflower florets during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  5. Reserve 1 cup cooking water, then drain.
  6. Melt the butter in the pan used for cooking bacon over medium heat to the reserved bacon drippings in the pan.
  7. Whisk in the flour and cook, whisking, until the flour is lightly toasted.
  8. Whisk in the milk and reserved pasta water and cook until slightly thickened.
  9. Add the cheeses and whisk until creamy.
  10. Stir the pasta, cauliflower and finely diced bacon into the cheese sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  11. Garnish with scallions and serve immediately.

  • 1(250g) pkg Maple Leaf® Natural Shredded Chicken
  • 2cups potatoes, peeled and Julienne
  • 2cups carrots, peeled and Julienne
  • 2cups zucchini, peeled and Julienne
  • 1medium red onion, sliced
  • 2eggs
  • ½cup all-purpose flour
  • 1cup canola oil
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Combine Maple Leaf® Natural Shredded Chicken, potatoes, carrots, zucchini, onion, egg, flour, salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet. Take 1/3 cup of the mixture and flatten it on the hand to form a latke and repeat the procedure until all of the mixture is used.
  3. Add 4 latke’s to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. Remove from skillet and transfer to a paper-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
  5. Serve warm.

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Cut each hot dog in half, crosswise.
  3. Fray the bottom of the hot dog by cutting each half into 3-4 strips, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes or until the hot dog starts to curl slightly.
  5. Let cool slightly. Insert a pretzel stick into each hot dog before serving.

  • 1(375g pkg) Maple Leaf® Natural Original Smoked Sausage, diced
  • 4slices Maple Leaf® Original Natural Bacon, diced
  • ½cup cauliflower
  • ¼cup oats – finely ground
  • 3medium eggs
  • ½cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Salt & Pepper
  1. Preheat the grill to 350°F.
  2. Grease a 12-cup muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Cook diced sausage and bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain the fat and set aside to cool slightly.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, lightly beat the eggs. Add the cheese, cauliflower, oats, and fully cooked bacon and sausage. Mix until combined.
  5. Fill the prepared muffin cups about ¾ full. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.

  1. Preheat the grill to 350°F.
  2. While grill heats, scramble and cook 3 medium eggs as an omelet, set aside.
  3. Using a serrated knife, cut buns in half, lengthwise, and place on a tray. Remove top part of bun and set aside.

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Keep the frozen chicken strips at room temperature for 5 min. Cut open each chicken strip and stuff with cheese.

  • 4hot dog buns, split in half
  • 4medium eggs
  • 2tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2tbsp ketchup
  • 1cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1cup spinach
  • 2medium tomatoes, sliced
  • 1tbsp vegetable oil
  1. Scramble and cook 4 medium eggs, set aside.
  2. Add a tablespoon of oil into a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Fry Maple Leaf® Natural Top Dogs™ for about 1 to 1 ½ minutes, turning frequently.
  4. Toast hot dog buns and spread ketchup and mayonnaise onto either side of the bun. Add spinach and sliced tomatoes if desired.
  5. Slice Maple Leaf® Natural Top Dogs™ vertically. Lay open face on one half of toasted bun.
  6. Spoon scrambled eggs onto bun and sprinkle cheese over top. Top with other half of bun.

  • 6stand and stuff taco shells
  • 1cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ¼cup tomato salsa
  1. Preheat BBQ to 350 F.
  2. Turn off one side of the bbq and place the taco shells on indirect heat.
  3. Add half the cheese to the tacos and cook until the cheese has melted.
  4. While the cheese is melting, cook the hot dogs on other half of grill according to package instructions.
  5. Place the cooked hot dogs into the taco shells and top with the remaining cheese. 
  6. Cook the taco for 2 to 3 more minutes until the cheese has melted.
  7. Top tacos with lettuce and salsa and serve.

  • 1 750g pkg Maple Leaf® Natural Smoked Sausages
  • 10small flour tortillas
  • 1cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1cup Tex Mex cheese
  • 3green onions, thinly sliced
  • ¼cup pickled jalapeno slices
  • ½cup nacho cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Guacamole
  • Salsa
  1. Preheat BBQ to 400F.
  2. Spread a thin layer of nacho cheese on a tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle with cheddar and Tex Mex cheese, jalapeno and green onion. Top with another tortilla.
  4. Spread the top of the tortilla with nacho cheese and set a sausage at one end. Roll the tortilla around the sausage. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  5. Rub the grill grates with vegetable oil and place the tortilla rolls on the grill. Grill until lightly charred on all sides, approx. 3 minutes per side.
  6. Slice into 1” pieces and serve with sour cream, salsa, and guacamole.
