- 4slices Maple Leaf® Natural Selections® Black Forest Ham
- 4pancakes, prepared and warmed per package directions
- 4small eggs, whisked
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1tsp vegetable oil
- ½tbsp butter
- Chives
- Heat oil in small skillet
- Pan fry ham until just starting to brown. Remove from heat and keep warm.
- In the same pan add butter and allow to melt. Add eggs and gently stir until scrambled. Season with salt and pepper.
- Assemble tacos by placing one slice of ham into the fold of the pancake followed by eggs.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Garnish with chives.
- Serve with maple syrup or ketchup. Serve immediately.
